We begin with a rapid assessment of your business requirements and how well any existing data analytics and BI tools are meeting these. We’ll look at your organizational data governance/master data management (MDM) strategy and identify any challenges you’re having when it comes to implementing it. And we’ll pinpoint where you need additional BI capability, from a functional, technical and commercial perspective.

STRATEGY AND DESIGN

Having identified where your analytics and BI abilities need to evolve, our teams will set out a new strategy for your analytics capability, and design your new analytical landscape.

This could be on-prem, in the cloud, or provided by Cintra as a service.

We’ll provide a roadmap that gets you to your future capability, in line with your budget and timescale requirements. This will include the technical aspects, as well as the roles and expertise you require to operate, in line with your organizational data governance plan.

DEPLOYMENT AND CONFIGURATION

Once your new analytics capability is designed, our implementation teams will help you turn the plans into reality. This could be anything from complete end-to-end delivery, to delivering specific aspects, such as ETL deployment, dashboard design or integrating data with other systems, such as decision-support tools.
